Possible Fraud Alert re: Merchant Services Direct LLC

Merchant Services Direct out of Spokane is one of two credit card processing companies conducting high-pressure direct sales in the Methow Valley.  Reports have been shared that this company employs a "very slick gentleman" to go business to business offering huge savings on your credit card processing fees. This company is not Better Business Bureau accredited and many complaints have been filed against them. 

Complaints reflect a pattern regarding sales practices. This company offers credit card processing equipment. Leases for the equipment are handled by Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. of NY, and processing payment contracts are handled by iPayments, Inc.of Nashville, TN.

Some complaints reflect that once contracts are signed, there is a delay in receiving a copy of the signed contract by the business or no receipt of the contract at all upon request, making it difficult to know the terms and conditions of the contract. Other complaints reflect that unauthorized changes are made to signed contracts after the company has left the customer clients' place of business without revised copies being provided to the client. If you have an unresolved issue concerning this company you should also file a formal complaint with the WA State Attorney General's Office for resolve.
